what do we do?

We specialise in Small Group Workouts which are built around a combinantion of HIIT & Functional Training. Our workouts are great for burning fat, toning up, building stamina and strength. We also offer nutritional help and added accountability to ensure your success. If you are someone that has felt neglected by or uncomfortable in traditional gyms, and you are looking for a more personal and motivating environment then TTG is perfect for you!

We run our sessions from Monday to Sunday and have a wide range of workouts to chose from. You can typically train in the early am, morning, afternoon and evening.

how much does it cost?

You can join us on a bronze, silver or gold monthly membership. All our memberships come with free access to nutritional meal plans, weigh ins & measurements and 1 to 1 advice from our nutritionist Dr. Sarah Schenker. Membership costs will depend on how many times a week you train but will work out between £8 - £15 per session. Click below to view membership costs.
