  • The Toning Ground is a womens only group training community in Woodford, focused around empoweing women through weight training.

    Our 8-week kickstart is a short-term membership packed with all the support and extras you need to kick-start your journey.

  • You can either choose to train twice or three times per week granting you 16 or 24 sessions respectively.

    You will also get:

  • We have a very flexible schedule with around 40 classes per week from 7am up to 8pm, so regardless of your schedule we guarantee that you will be able to get into a solid routine.
