  • The Toning Ground is a womens only group training community in Woodford.

    Our 8 week challenge is an introductory membership which allows you to purchase a short term membership with all the add ons and support you need to get off to a flyer.

  • You can either choose to train twice or three times per week granting you 16 or 24 sessions respectively.

    You will also get:

    • Start and End Weigh In and Measurement Tracking

    • Nutritional Guidance and Support

    • 24/7 Whatsapp Support

  • We have a very flexible schedule with around 40 classes per week from 7am up to 8pm, so regardless of your schedule we guarantee that you will be able to get into a solid routine.
